At Hawthorn Shoppe, we take great care in preparing and shipping each order. Many of our pieces are thoughtfully sourced, handcrafted, or one of a kind, and we approach shipping with the same attention and intention that goes into curating the shop.

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise noted at the time of purchase. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Shipping times may vary depending on item size, destination, and carrier.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and delivery location. Larger furniture or oversized items may require special freight shipping; in these cases, additional details and timelines will be communicated prior to shipment.

At this time, we ship within the United States. If you are interested in international shipping, please contact us prior to placing your order and we will do our best to assist.

We carefully package all items, but once an order leaves our hands, Hawthorn Shoppe is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we may assist you.
